One edge, one cut
Every interior boundary is generated once in a shared edge table and exported once. The former per-piece export duplicated every internal laser/plotter cut.
Create printable jigsaw artwork and a cutter-ready SVG from the same seeded cut network. Every internal cut is drawn once, lock depth is capped for corner clearance, and the preview always follows your photo’s true proportion.

Lock depth is constrained to a safe portion of the smaller cell axis, so adjacent tabs cannot enter each other’s corner zone even on very wide or very tall images.
The preview scales to the workspace rather than forcing a square. PNG export uses your millimetres and DPI, then applies a browser-memory guard only when necessary.
