1. Calibrate the image
Use the source Alpha for transparent art whenever possible. Select W1/W2 roles before building.
2. Build tactile depth
Use W2 Height or Varnish with a 0.25–0.45 mm contour trace for a raised edge.
3. RIP with inverse spots
The TIFF and manifest retain the established named-ink convention: zero means full spot coverage.
